I think it will give women more confidence and give them a choice without hoping the guy brings a condom, then being pursuaded or pressured in the moment. So guys have no excuse about them being to small or whatever! And in this world today, women should have the ability to protect themselves too, and at about the same price as guys!! Personally, I don't know if I would use one, just because I think it's romantic for my guy to be the man and take care of it, but I might try it! =) But I think other girls my age would at least try it if it came with a statement(such as women power or taking responsibility as women) and they were educated about it!!
