Needing to Find Myself

Am I the only one who wants to talk about me needing to find myself. Well, look see I am 16 now, and my mom is still telling me what I can, and can not do, who I should like and who I shouldn’t , who I should date, and who I shouldn’t, what I want to be, and what I don’t. I am saying right now that, that is just not right. Its not fair. I just want to be me, do what and whatever I decide and want to do. Instead of have someone choose for me and choose my battles. I wanna get far in life but how am I going to do that with my mom always on my back and telling what to do all the time. Its just not going to work. It’s not fair. Someone please tell me how I can find myself. That’s all there is to be is myself.
