Girlfriends

Since I entered high school I have relealized something, that everyone either has a boyfriend or girlfriend. I do not mean all but most. Most of my friends who never used to talk to girls are now always talking to them and some have different girlfriends every week. Whenever I used to ask my friends to go out to the movies or different places on the weekends, the answer was always yes and we would have a big group of people. Now whenever I call people, they are already doing things with their girlfriends and I have a group of about 4 or 5 friends.

I have a few friends that are girls, but not ones that ever want to hook up or stuff like that. Getting a girlfriend is not the only thing on my mind but it is something I think about from time to time. I feel that as long as I still have some friends that I can hang out with that don't have girlfriends I will be fine, but I am starting to run out of them.
