Am I the only one who wants to talk about abstinence? I think that abstinence should be emphasized more in schools, since it is the only 100% guaranteed way to not get pregnant or an STD. I think it is a good idea to show students the ‘STD’ and ‘birth of a baby’ video because it almost scares kids out of having unsafe sex or any sex at all. I also think it is good for students to learn how much different birth control methods cost, so that teens and even adults can judge which method would work best for them that they can afford. Also, reading and hearing about more studies of teens that have gotten an STD or pregnant so that teens can learn and use it towards their own lives.
