Can my body image change?

Yup! Not only can it change, but it does change. Sometimes you wake up in the morning and feel good…your clothes fit right, your hair is good, your skin is clear…and you just feel good. Other days, you can oversleep, not find the right pants, have a big zit right in the middle of your forehead and just feel not so good.

The key to positive body image is that when you have one of those bad starts to your day…you know that tomorrow probably won’t be the same, so there’s not a lot of use worrying about it for too long! Everyone has good days and bad days—that’s totally natural!
