My partner and I had sex, but now I’m not sure I want to keep having sex. Is it OK to say no?

Absolutely. You need to do what is right for you.

Many people have sex, without really thinking through the decision. Later, they realize, for whatever reason, that they’re not ready for a sexual relationship. You are entitled to decide whether you want to have sex, even if you’ve had sex with your partner before. You can change your mind and your partner must respect your choice.

The bottom line is, it doesn't matter if you’ve never had sex, done it 10 times, or 100 times, you still get to decide each and every time whether sex is what you really want.
