Baby boys are born with something called a foreskin, which is a sheath of skin that covers the head of the penis. Many parents have this skin surgically removed when their baby boys are just a few days old. Surgically having the foreskin removed is called circumcision. Some guys have not been circumcised and still have their foreskins.

Basically, there’s no difference between circumcised and uncircumcised penises, except for the way they look. They each function the same way.
