What if I can't cum?

Sometimes, you can't have an orgasm when you want one. It might be that you're used to masturbating or having sex in a certain way. Maybe you're with someone new now and you need time to get used to being with that person.

It might also be that you tried too hard to keep your erection. So you kind of missed the chance to "let go" and now you can't get there again. Drugs and alcohol can also make it harder for a guy to ejaculate.

Try talking to your partner about what feels good. That usually helps. If you're unable to ejaculate more than half of the time, talk to a doctor or health care professional. (For more info on finding one, click here.)

There are many reasons your boyfriend may take a while to
cum, so try not to feel like you are doing anything wrong.
In addition to the reasons listed in the FAQ above
(nervousness, alcohol, etc.), some prescription drugs used
for anxiety, depression, and those used to assist in
quitting smoking can produce the temporary inability for
guys to ejaculate. The most important thing you can do is
to communicate with your partner about what feels good and
not make him feel any additional pressure.

He can only climax during manual sex. We've been having sex
for 2 months, and we've had it about 20 times. We've tried
things to make him climax during sex but they don't work.
Is there a problem, and if so, what can we do about it?
