My girlfriend just broke up with me. I’m really mad, but mostly I’m very hurt. What can I do?

First, know that your feelings are normal. It’s tough when relationships end, even harder when we didn’t want them to. So you need to give yourself time to grieve, feel sad and feel mad.

It’s hard to say how much time. Some people need a long time to wallow in the grief. Others bounce back pretty quick. Just know, time will heal this wound and you’ll date again.

For now, take care of yourself. Spend time with family and friends. Find new things to do, like clubs, sports or other activities where you can meet new people. It’s usually a bad idea to jump into new dating relationships. You’ll probably do it for the wrong reasons. Being with friends and exploring new interests are the best ways to heal a broken heart.

Most people learn something important in each relationship. In time, you’ll understand the lessons in this one and you’ll take that knowledge with you to the next relationship.

Yeah, I know it hurts. I broke up with my boyfriend recently
and it's killing me. But if your anger is because you're
confused about why your girlfriend broke up with you, you
should call her and talk to her about it. You've got nothing
to lose and it'll probably help you move on.

depending on your age here, if your a young teen i suggest
you wait untill your old enough for it to all be legal,
where can a relationship go when your that young, u cant get
married or have kids, wait untill you leave school theen
everything is legal and normal;) young teen relationships
NEVER last :/
