Can I get pregnant if my boyfriend has sperm on his hands and then touches me?

It’s possible, but not likely.

Sperm cannot live long outside of the body. So partly it depends on how long there is between when he ejaculates on his hand and when he touches her vagina. If this happens immediately then the chances are higher. If a few minutes have gone by, then the chances dramatically go down.

It is best if he washes his hands or at least wipes them off, just to make sure that all the semen is removed before he touches her.

As long as none of his semen (cum) actually got into your
vagina you are safe. The sperm would not be able to swim
down to the vagina from your stomach or thigh or anything
like that, so it sounds like there would be no chance of you
being pregnant based on what you told me.

It is possible, but not probable that this could happen. If
the guy urinated in between then the acid from his urine
would kill any sperm that are left in the urethra.
Hopefully the guy would be wearing a condom both times to
try and cut down the risk of pregnancy and to also reduce
his risk (and his partners' risk) of getting or transmitting
any type of STDs.

That is correct. Sperm need semen and a constant
temperature to survive. Once the sperm is out in the open
(including under your fingernails) the combination of the
semen drying out and the change in temperature will both
cause the sperm to die within a few hours. Sperm can,
however, live inside the female reproductive tract for
several days.

so if it cant live long outside the body, does that also
mean it cant live long under fingernails? And when you mean
cant live long, do you mean, no more that a couple hours?
