What is an orgasm and how do I know if I've had one?
An orgasm is a strong, pleasurable feeling that is usually the peak of a sexual encounter. For many, it’s a release of sexual feelings. When orgasms happen, your body gets tense and blood flows to your genital region. Muscles in the genital area contract to release that tension. And it feels good. Some people say orgasms feel like a slow build-up with an intense—or peak—moment of excitement. Others say their entire body tingles. Everybody feels different.
Most guys usually cum, or ejaculate, when they orgasm. That’s when semen, a whitish fluid, is released from the tip of the penis. It usually takes girls a little longer than guys to have an orgasm. They also usually don’t have one during straightforward sexual intercourse (penis in the vagina). Instead, they usually need the clitoris, a sensitive bump of skin above the opening to the vagina, to be rubbed or touched. Girls can have one orgasm after another, while guys need some time to rest in between. Some girls will release a fluid when they have an orgasm, but many don’t.
Often people experience their first orgasm through masturbation, touching themselves for sexual pleasure. This is a normal and healthy way to explore your own body, if you want. Once you know what feels good to you, you can share this with a partner. |

Depending on the positions that you are intimate in, if your
partner is putting pressure on your bladder, that may
be
what is causing you to feel like you have to pee. The
other possibility is that sometimes when a woman is having
sex, she may secrete fluids. This is sometimes referred to
as female ejaculation (even though it is not semen like a
male secretes), and many women say that when this happens
it
feels like you have to urinate. I hope that helps!

i was getting really intimate with my boyfriend one time and
i know i was reaching an orgasm but then i felt like i kinda
had to pee but i knew i wasn't going too... does that mean
anything?

When i go out somewhere, i am either getting checked out,
hit on, or followed around (in the not creepy way. But, i
have never had a boyfriend. Is there something in particular
that i am doing wrong?

Only you will be able to tell for sure if you have an
orgasm. Based on the description above, you would have to
determine for yourself if you did or not. If you didn't, no
need to worry. As it says, many times women do not
experience an orgasm just through intercourse alone. It
will time some time to get to know your body and know what
feels good to you.
