Abortion: A Young Woman's Decision, But a Couple's Dilemma

When 16-year-old Sha’aqua learned that she was pregnant, it blew her mind. She wasn’t even going steady with the guy she’d had sex with. And since it was painfully obvious to her that she was not going to keep the baby, why bother getting the guy involved?

Should a man have a legal say in whether his partner can have an abortion?

AAbsolutely not! It is her body, and her right to decide.
BOf course! It is his child too. And, if he is expected to pay child support, he should have a say in whether he wants to be a father or not.
CIt all depends on circumstances.
DThe law should completely stay out of private matters like this.
